I work with young adults, teenagers, and children who are struggling — and with the families trying to help them.

Maybe your child is the anxious one, the worrier. Maybe your teenager is bright and capable but can't seem to get started or follow through.

Or maybe you're a college student or young adult who's been holding it together — managing classes, relationships, an uncertain future — but you know something needs to change.

I’m happy to schedule a free phone consultation to see if I am the right provider for you. Click the link below to learn more.

An adult male and teenage male sitting on a bed, engaged in a conversation in a rustic wooden room. The adult has short hair, a beard, and is wearing a pink polo shirt; the teenager has short, styled hair and is wearing a denim jacket. They are facing each other, with the older man gently placing his hand on the teenager's shoulder, suggesting an attentive or caring interaction. The room has wooden walls, a black wall in the background, and lamps hanging from the ceiling.

Approach to Therapy

Evidence-Based Interventions

I believe that therapy should be grounded in interventions supported by research, including the following: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS).

Direct and Collaborative

We will work as a team, combining your expertise on your own life with my clinical training. I provide an active and engaged therapeutic presence. Rather than passive listening, you can expect objective observations and actionable feedback to help you break through chronic patterns.
